There are three essential components for ensuring a competent solution and successful project delivery: Project management, Communication, and Technical Support. Wiseguy Technologies incorporates these components into a methodology which provides a series of progress reports and service level evaluations.

Account management

  • Each project will be assigned a project manager to provide clients with updates and task evaluations
  • Clients will be given an administrative test page allowing them to log on and review the status of the project and discuss strategies.
  • Daily reports will be given to a project manager which communicate the status of the project, problems, concerns, etc.
  • Weekly reports of the project status will be provided to the client by email, administration test page, fax, or telephone.

Communication

  • Open channel of communication via email, glance sessions, test page access, or teleconferencing throughout the project life cycle.
  • Daily access to project managers for quick changes, additions, or strategic discussions.
  • Not affiliated with offshore outsourcing, allowing for easy communication and clear understanding of ideas and strategies
  • Consistent interactive communication throughout the entirety of the project.

Technical support

  • Up to the minute monitoring of all software and hardware applications
  • IS/IT support for maintenance , troubleshooting, and technical advice
  • Technical training provided for all applications
  • Continuous technical support and maintenance for all software and hardware after service implementation.
